Why Made-to-Order Matters
Made-to-order production means making a bag only when there is a real need for it. This reduces overstock, avoids unnecessary production and allows each piece to be made with more control.
Producing in advance means producing without certainty.
Some pieces remain in stock. Others are never used.
Some small items are available immediately, such as
key holders and magnetic card holders.
Most bags, especially L and M sizes —
for example NUMÉRO 01 L and NUMÉRO 02 M —
are made to order.
No overstock.
No unnecessary production.
Each piece is made to be used.
The lead time reflects the actual production time.
