Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return an item, without having to provide any justification.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
- In their original condition,
- Unused,
- In their original packaging,
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the one used for the original purchase,
- Within a maximum of 14 days after your return has been approved.
No restocking fees are applied.
Exceptions – Non-Refundable Items
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized items, made-to-measure items, or items specially customized at the customer’s request cannot be returned or refunded.
Exception to the right of withdrawal – Gift cards
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards once the code has been delivered to the customer by electronic means.
Any gift card order is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
