Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
If several items from the same order are delivered separately, this period begins upon receipt of the last item.
To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision through a clear and unambiguous statement sent to atelierandlab@gmail.com. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided below.
Return Conditions
Items should be returned, whenever possible:

In their original condition,

With their original packaging,

With proof of purchase or the order number.
You may inspect the items as you would in a physical store.
You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the items resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the returned items, including any standard outbound delivery charges where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
No restocking fees apply.
Exceptions – Non-Refundable Items
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
This includes bespoke items, personalized products and items specifically modified at the customer's request.
This exception does not automatically apply to standard products simply because they are made after an order is placed.
Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
Gift Cards
The right of withdrawal applicable to gift cards depends on the nature of the gift card and the conditions under which it is supplied.
Where applicable, digital gift cards may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if the legal requirements for such an exclusion have been met.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
