Our products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities.
Despite the care taken in presenting the products online, slight differences in materials, colors, or finishes may occur.
Product availability is indicated on each product page.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an exchange.
3. Prices and Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of order via the secure payment methods available on the website (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).
4. Delivery
Shipping Areas
We deliver to the following regions:
France, European Union, North America (Canada, United States), United Kingdom, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Singapore.
(We do not currently ship to countries not listed above.)
Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
atelier &LAB cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs procedures.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns must be made in their original condition and original packaging.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, photographs, creations, design, and the “atelier &LAB” logo) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of atelier &LAB.
Any reproduction, exploitation, or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

atelier &LAB cannot be held liable for any indirect damages related to the use of the website or to a purchase (loss of data, commercial losses, etc.).
In all cases, the liability of atelier &LAB is strictly limited to the amount of the order placed.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
